  • Online Returns
    For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase. If your item is faulty, please contact us and include the returns form with your goods when sending it back to us. Please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items. This will be done once the return has been processed. Here's the return address: Fox Valley Bikes, 500-502 Manchester Road, Sheffield, S36 2DU For yours and our safety; if your items are glassware or crockery, please email pictures to us and don't send anything back until we've been in contact with you. For any returns, the original packaging and swing tickets, where applicable, need to still be in place. Please note: Unfortunately, you can't return underwear, pierced jewellery, personalised or bespoke items, items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.
  • In-store Returns
    To return your item(s) bought in store for a credit note or where possible make an exchange, visit us in-store within 28 days of purchase provided your item has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase. If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund or offer suitable replacement. Please provide a valid proof of purchase. Please note: Unfortunately, you can't return underwear, pierced jewellery, personalised or bespoke items, items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons with the seal broken or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery.
  • Why is my order late?
    Depending on what delivery option you selected your order might still be out for delivery. Click & Collect - delivery to your chosen store, three (3) to seven (7) days. Standard Delivery - three (3) to seven (7) working days. Next Day Delivery - next day if you place your order before 8pm and receive your order the very next day (excludes Public / Bank Holidays). You can also check the status of your order using your tracking number we sent you in the confirmation email.
  • My order has been canceled, when do I get the refund?"
    Apologise for the inconvience If your order has been cancelled your card was charged you will be refunded as soon as possible. All refunds including canceled orders, bike hire, order refund, replacement etc. You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 3-5 days. The time might depend on your banks processes & national holidays.
  • Why has my order been canceled?
    Sorry your order was cancelled & the inconvienced caused. If the item(s) you've ordered are out of stock at the time of packing, we need to cancel it. An order will also be cancelled if the billing address details don't match the details your bank has on record. We send an email out to confirm the cancellation and you have not been charged.
