Our Moor Market bike shop is in Sheffield city centre and our Stocksbridge shop is on the Peak District side of the city. Both are easy to reach from Rotherham, Barnsley, Chesterfield and Doncaster, and about an hour’s drive from Manchester and Leeds. Can’t get to us? Our mobile bike repair service covers Sheffield and up to 10 miles around it, and we offer delivery.

Our story
From grandad's garage to two Sheffield shops.
Fox Valley Bikes launched in 2021, but it started 20 years earlier in our grandfather's garage. Fixing our own bikes became fixing friends' bikes, then friends of friends. We studied business and engineering, then put it all together.
Our promise is simple: the most professional, impartial and friendly service in Sheffield, at a fair price.

Do you service bikes bought somewhere else?
Yes. We are independent and work on all makes and models, from kids’ bikes to the latest e-bikes, wherever you bought them.
How long does a service take?
A Safety Service takes about an hour and a General Service about two hours. We always call with a quote before fitting any parts.
Can you fix my e-bike?
Yes. Our e-bike repair workshop diagnoses and repairs Bosch, Shimano, Bafang and other systems. An E-bike Diagnostic is £40.
Do you repair electric scooters?
Yes. We repair e-scooters as well as bikes and e-bikes. Call us or pop into either shop and we’ll give you a quote.
How does Ride Club work?
Pick a plan and pay monthly over 12 months. Use your free service package and member prices at either shop or with our mobile repair service.
Do you buy used bikes?
Yes. Bring your bike to either shop and we’ll make you an offer, or put it towards a new one.
Where are your bike shops in Sheffield?
We have two. Our Moor Market shop is in Sheffield city centre (Indoor Market, 77 The Moor, S1 4PF) and our Stocksbridge shop is at 500 Manchester Road, S36 2DU. Both sell bikes and e-bikes and take in repairs.
Do you sell second-hand bikes?
Yes. We sell refurbished second-hand bikes and e-bikes alongside new ones. Every used bike is checked in our workshop before it goes on sale and comes with a warranty.
Do you offer mobile bike repair?
Yes. Our mobile bike repair service comes to your home or workplace anywhere in Sheffield and up to 10 miles around it. Book online or call 0114 288 8514.
Can I buy a bike through the Cycle to Work scheme?
Yes. We accept Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative and Bike2Work on bikes, e-bikes and accessories, which can save you 20–42%. We’ll give you a free written quote and help with the paperwork.
